“After all these years of working with hair, I believe it comes down to just a few simple things: Your look has to make you feel good and suit your lifestyle. And it should always be in great condition.” – Daniel McLennan

"I have been inspired by the local artists and creatives around the hinterland. Having these clients, so willing to experiment with wild cuts and colours has been so much fun and brings me great pleasure to create something we are both proud of."
I also find inspiration in the classic beauty of the 40s era, the sweet structure of 60s and the experimental edginess of the 80s, not only the hair but make up and fashions too.
To date i have worked in four very nuturing and different salons , and each one has taught me varying colouring systems, cutting techniques and business skills
I hope to keep learning and creating beautiful colours, cuts and styles for our clients for many years to come
Moving forward into the new year, I'm very excited to learn new skills and knowledge from Daniel and the team at Hair On Maple."
